Neighbors, Friends, and District 5 Residents,
The neighborhoods that make up District 5 are some of
the most diverse in the City. My background is equally
diverse. It is time to embrace our diversity.
Thanks to my involvement in two sucessful music venues,
The Independent and the Justice League, I am in tune with
youth issues, culture and music. I am a native San Franciscan
with deep roots in the District. My degree from the University
of California at Berkeley is Environmental Design with
an emphasis on City Planning and Housing. I am the father
of two phenomenal daughters. This background makes me
an ideal candidate for representing the evolving, unique
needs of District Five.
This race is an exciting experience for me. It is refreshing
to see the number and quality of candidates running for
the Board of Supervisors in District 5. In this age of
cynicism and negativity, it is encouraging to hear the
high minded civic discourse that has taken place in this
campaign.

Chris
